Accessible Support

The Accessibility for Ontarians with Disabilities Act, 2005 (AODA) became law on June 13, 2005. Under this landmark legislation, the Government of Ontario developed mandatory accessibility standards that identify, remove, and prevent barriers for people with disabilities in key areas of daily living. The standards apply to private and public sector organizations across Ontario.

Canada Guaranty is committed to providing accessible services that meet the needs of our customers. We strive to continually eliminate barriers and improve our offering to customers, employees, and the public in order to deliver equally empowering experiences to all, regardless of their accessibility needs.

This includes continually enhancing our website to ensure it remains accessible to users and meets the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.0 Level AA, by providing equal access to information, navigation and functionality and is usable with assistive technology.

We believe in integration and equal opportunity. We remain committed to meeting the needs of people with disabilities by preventing and removing barriers to accessibility, and meeting accessibility requirements. We’re continually striving to improve the accessibility of our products and services and welcome any questions or feedback you might have.
